SC Consultants, in conjunction with Autotask, Inc, launched a new Professional Services Automation system to manage the growing demands of the SC Consultants business.  Autotask's product, AutoTask Pro, provides a fully-featured management system including ticket, issue and help desk management, CRM, Contracts and billing management, and Inventory management to help SC Consultants continue its current growth path. 

With this system, SC Consultants will be better able to track issues from start to finish as well as process, report on and resolve alerts generated by monitoring software or customer requests.  This will allow SC Consultants not only to grow, but improve its service at the same time.

SC Consultants looks forward to finishing the integration with Autotask Pro over the next few months.
